Title: Possibility to adjust brightness/contrast via OS (linux, terminal)?
Post by: emuola on March 07, 2015, 09:09:52 am
I was wondering if it is possible to adjust brightness and/or contrast from Linux and more specifically terminal (running GroovyArcade)? I found some packages in Archwiki, but I'd want to be sure I'm not gonna mess the whole system.

I'd like to do some tests with different contrast levels without the need to open the cab and use the manual monitor controls.

Is this possible?

GroovyArcade (ArchLinux)
Ati X300
Makvision M3129

Thanks :)
