So I need a RevX marquee, and Zenomorph got me a busted up one for next to nothing, Im super grateful he got me what he did.

I scanned what was left of the marquee I had ,if you look in the bottom right corner you can see the list of layers. "Background" is the base scan layer. Next I basically vectorized the letters which in Photoshop is called "smart objects". After I got them perfect, I rasterized them and added a red stroke to the outside. That's why the R is missing until the end. After I finished everything else up, I basically built the R out of pieces of other letters and free handed the rest of the letter. For example, the hole in the R is just a resized hole from the O  :)

Took about 6 or 7 hours, but I think its worth it.

I've been playing around with Adobe more recently and have a better appreciation for how much work that was.

Thanks for sharing.

Excellent job. I did a bit of a maquee resto as well which I will share next week. I'll only say that the titular character of my game has a cameo in Revolution X.

I like your definition of "titular character" better than mine.  :lol
