I've been looking for a free Marquee and found this one, it seems to be in a high resolution format. My question is do I need to edit this, put it in photoshop, change it's format ect. or would this pretty much be good to go?

Any feedback would be highly appreciated.

Feedback? Sure. You get what you pay for.
But being a good dude, I downloaded it and measured it. It'll print out at 24" x 6.5", so if those are your dimensions, you should be good to go.

As far as character explosion marquees go, it's
not bad, that bad, too bad, the worst.
Really though, if originating content isn't your thing, and you don't want to pay someone else, it's OK looking.

So I decided not to use the previous Marquee I found, it bothered me more and more that "emulator" was on it. Using the BYOAC file repository (http://files.arcadecontrols.com/details.php?image_id=3611 (http://files.arcadecontrols.com/details.php?image_id=3611)) I found a mini collage marquee/cpo design.
It appears to me that it should be a good enough quality to use but what do I know. :dunno
Could someone please tell me what dimensions this could be printed out to? My marquee is rather large with a max of 26.5x16" possible (old gutted arcade machine).
Also if someone could point me in a direction to learn how to do it myself I would be highly appreciative. :notworthy:

I decided to do the diligent thing and google it. I think I've answered my question as 33" x 21" without losing any quality. :)

Depends on the DPI density you plan to use !
Figure it is 5020x3183 pixels so if you go for high res or 300DPI it would be 16.75 x 10.6 inches - decent quality @150 DPI would make it 33.46 x 21.22 inches as you mentioned or lower density 72 DPI it would be 69.7 x 44.2 inches

Thanks for clarifying, I think I'm going to try a 150dpi print a bit smaller than max dimensions. For some reason graphics and photoshop are intimidating as hell to me.
