Title: I found a good place for my pedals.
Post by: chopperthedog on February 17, 2015, 06:39:36 pm
The accelerator and brake paddles on my wheel are OK for some games and having the pedals on the ground was awkward. I've been playing a lot of rfactor "dirt works designs" and that game requires working the crap out of the wheel and being able to feather the throttle. Got to looking at the lower coin door and wondered. Well, I wish I did this years ago. Works out great sitting down. I did have to jigsaw about 2" off the front of the pedal plate so that the pedals weren't set too far back.

good day.

That's a great idea!  I'm assuming the wheel detaches when not in use?

The mounting method for the wheel has been used on this cab for almost  10 years. It's on and off in 5 seconds with quick plugs on the side. I just never found a good way to use the pedals, til now.

good day.
