Title: LED Marquee - where to buy?

I know they can be bought much cheaper on ebay, can you guys share a link with me? I will have access to 5v and 12v power supply. The marquee area is around 24" wide. I don't mind doing some soldering or wiring, but would prefer as much of a plug and play solution as possible.

This particular model needs no input as it has a built-in mic (awesome) works wirelessly (not IR, but radio controlled so it can be hidden) and remembers your last setting on shut-off.     My only problem is the draw:  two strips=6amp. 

Thoughts?
