Title: Sound leisure video wall jukebox problems

Hi there I have a sound leisure video wall jukebox running the original software , I have a problem that when it loads I get the new software wizard message saying PCI raid controler found and PCI multimedia  device found , if I click cancel on both jukebox loads fine , does anybody no how get into computer settings as it then loads into jukebox software , I can get to bios settings but need to get to device manager
Any help would be great , thanks

Can you press CTRL + ALT + DEL and get task manager up? If you can you should then be able to get the control panel up by selecting new task and typing in control
