Title: Can someone make a black diamond plate CPO for me?

I'm hoping that someone can quickly whip this out for me.  I want to create a black diamond plate CPO file that I can later send to a commercial printer.

I just need a 23" by 6.85" black diamond plate image that I work from.  It's going to go over the upper section of a metal Galaga control panel. 
I'll work on the rest (button labels, etc.).  I'm just having a hard time trying to get started since my skills are pretty lackluster.

Some thing like this pattern would be great:

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
