Kind of at a loss right now, messed up something during a cap kit and while I have the tools to test voltages/resistance... ( I think my dad even has an oscilloscope somewhere). I just am lacking in the overall knowledge needed to fix my K7000 chassis, and if I don't figure it out quick I'd like to at least investigate sending it out for repair to someone who knows what they are doing so my project can keep moving forward.
Seems like there are several people over at KLOV that do this type of thing, anyone have personal experience with anyone?

Yes.... KLOVE, that's a good idea for you. ::)

Did you reverse the polarity on any of the caps?
If I had the same monitor in my Z-back, I'd offer to fix it for you. But I'm stuck with a Hanterex (or whatever).

Checked and double checked all the polarity, I'm thinking I must have either solder bridged something or my C57 fix isn't adequate or maybe I broke a pot. Who knows the board looks like ---steaming pile of meadow muffin---, if any pro looked at it they'd see countless stuff wrong and laugh at me.

Knowledgeable guy and I know some people that were very happy with his work. http://thearcadebuffett.com/ (http://thearcadebuffett.com/)

Sent him my Battlezone monitor (minus tube) and he got it working again, good as new.
