Looks like it's $40 (+$8 shipping) and runs Java based games (or Java Mame games). Comes with everything but the games which you can upload via a mini-USB cable.
Something to keep an eye on...

Looks cute, but with joysticks so tiny, it's more of a novelty.
-
That coin door is pretty cool.
-
Do you suppose the video output from that card is standardized? Could we teardown a LCD monitor to plug in their little controller?
-
18 months dev time? Seriously? From a whole team? There's folks on this board that crank out better and higher tech stuff in their sleep.

This is something a misguided relative is going to give me for Christmas in three years because they saw it on clearance somewhere.

I LOLed.
You can put it next to the iCade panel I have collecting dust in my gameroom.
-
All we need to do is get my wife's dusty Ipad 1 to make love to your iCade and we're in business.

This proves that 'wife's dusty ipad' is a euphamism in the pbj household. >:D

That's ok, she's not allowed to touch his moldy meat, either.

Funny how this convo shifted from "Nano" to PBJ's meat. (j/k PBJ - all in good fun)

Was talking to a married friend and unmarried friend yesterday. Married one says, "just wait til you get married and you don't have any sex unless you promise to knock her up."
And I said, "Oh yes, the, "You know, you DO have hands, a mouth, and a butt" conversation."
It doesn't end well.

HAHAHA That is soooo true! They are going to think "Oh he's going to love this!" Thanks but no thanks.

If this somehow loaded a version of mame (akin ver 0.118), I'd be all over this. But the java games? :dunno ...
-
The Cupcade is about the same size and runs full MAME.
-
I think half the appeal of arcades is the monstrous size and indestructible controls.
