Title: Connecting USB head to neutrik pass through connector

I was thinking about decasing my PC to mount it on a board.  Is there a a pre made cable to connect a USB motherboard connector to one of those neutrik connectors?

No, but you could get one of those motherboard to case slot adapters and go from there.
