Title: How to mount bearings
Post by: Slippyblade on December 27, 2014, 01:48:11 am
This is going to sound like a really stupid question, but how the hell do you mount bearings?  I want to build a homebrew spinner/360 wheel.  The encoding part is easy, I get that part.  I truly don't get how to mount the shaft through the bearings on the panel!  I'm thinking I'm going to use Rollerblade bearings, but would consider other ideas.

Help!

Links or pictures would be best.  Thanks in advance.

Most bearings press fit, either onto a shaft (inner race) or into a hole (outer race).
