What is the connector / molex called that attaches to the header? Anyone have a picture?
Thanks

We sell pre-wired LEDs and also pre-crimped wires and connector housings for these.
But they are standard 0.1 inch pitch housings which are widely available.
These for example: http://www.digikey.com/product-detail/en/65039-033LF/609-2339-ND/1002654 (http://www.digikey.com/product-detail/en/65039-033LF/609-2339-ND/1002654)

Thank-you Andy
Will this connection work in the below picture? I was able to find a 2 pin connector over? Red over the +5v and black over the ground on the header.
Thanks again

also sometimes called "DuPont connectors" or 2.54mm connectors, if you are trying to search for them on the internet. And many of the connectors used inside computers are the same size (ie power led and switch, reset switch, usb headers, audio headers, etc)
