Hi Guys,
Can anyone link me to WHITE Player 1 / Player 2 Start buttons?
I can only find OFF WHITE, which don't match my other white buttons...
Thanks so much!

Where do you find off-white ones? I'm not sure I've ever seen one or all that I have seen are off-white and I didn't know it.
Are these off-white?

GroovyGameGear are off-white... so are HAPP... not sure about the Ultimarc

You could always get generic white buttons and add player symbol with vinyl. I went with byoac member slammedniss@gmail.com. Great communication, fast shipping, and awesome quality. He uses the precut peel, stick, and peel kind of vinyl. Easy to apply.

I don't think my happ ones could get any more white... There's no hint of cream to them.

Not sure where your existing "white" buttons came from if the ones linked are "off-white" to you. I've never seen whiter than those linked.
-
Interesting...
I'll have to snap a few pics and post them... I've heard the Ultimarcs are standard white, so I've ordered a pair and will post back with my results as soon as I receive them.
(I promise I'm not crazy)

The situation is that pretty much all of the common "white" buttons out there aren't perfectly white, so there's not much difference between those and the 1P 2P buttons. I believe the OP has our white CLASSX buttons, and they are modeled after the white of the buttons on early arcade machines. They very white (like snow). Regular white buttons actually look a bit yellowish, or dull, next to the CLASSX white.

100% correct Randy
That's the best way I can describe the difference -- camera can't pick it up. The CLASSX are white, while the others have a dingy yellow tint to them. They look good on their own, but side by side, the non-CLASSX look dingy

How about these? I have these and they're pretty darn white...

There's only a couple of manufacturers of these kinds of buttons. Again, they only look really white, when there isn't something really, really white sitting next to them.

Hi Guys,
Happy to report that I was able to locate truly white Player Start buttons via Ultimarc. They perfect match my GroovyGameGear Classx white buttons.
Thanks for all the help.

An interesting way to really check the "whiteness" of something (if that's of interest) is to place the item under a black light. Extremely white articles will luminesce, as pure white would have the property of reflecting colors across the entire visible (and near visible) light spectrum. But even if they don't, as long as they are visibly close that's obviously close enough :)
