Ok, I want to replace the grips on my Sega HangOn assembly, but can not seem to get the other one's off. I guess the others ones have been on there for years and years and they do not budge. Any ideas/experience which might help me out here?
I do not want to break anything, so I am hesitant about yankin and pulling to hard....

I use compressed air to remove/install rubber grips on my bikes.

Get some soap and water or dishwashing liquid and try to squirt it around the handle and under it if you can. You can use that to work it free. It will make it slick. Sorta like getting a ring off someone's finger if their finger is too big.
