Question for anybody using Mayflash or similar USB adapters. When the adapter is plugged into the PC, can the controllers be unplugged and re-plugged to the adapter? Or do the controls get all jumbled like when you unplug and replug USB controllers?
-
it shouldnt get jumbled up, no.
each port on the adapter itself will be set as something (eg. controller 1, controller 2).. whatever u plug into a port will then become controller 1, or controller 2.. etc (depending on the port you choose).
ps. i havnt actually used the mayflash brand, but would be very surprised (disappointed :)) if they didnt work that way.

Cool, that's what I was thinking. I'm debating just getting a Mayflash adapter for each type of retro console and building them all into a single box via a hub to the PC. That way the adapters are all always attached and you can just plug in whichever controller you wanna use. Should only have to set up each emulator once that one and not each time it's loaded.

What kind of retro consoles controllers do you want to use? We (KADE) might have something for you very soon.

Totally forgot about the new KADE coming out. Is there a release date yet?
