Post by: chrisf1 on November 28, 2014, 06:42:11 am
Hi everyone this is my first post as a new member to this forum i own the above machine which really has not been used much since the kids grew up but was working fine the last time it was used at least a couple of years ago and since then has been on the wall powered off and dusted regularly, we are having a party this xmas and so i powered it up and get error code PO41  31 and it is showing 0 credits which are not clocking up when pressing free credit on the remote can anyone be of any assistance to me with this problem or i do not mind paying someone to fix it for me if a reasonable price can be arranged  it had a brand new main board about 5 years ago but the man who supplied and fitted is now unreachable i am located in Kent UK look forward to hearing some suggestions thanks Chris

that is a pricing error code
clear it out, then go to p60 and chk your pricing table, also make sure free play is "enabled",that is right out of there error code's

ya
let me do my few call's
but we start here
open door, find black switch, pull switch out
u are now in service mode
if my mem serv;s me right u press "c"
this should bring up a display of 00-00
from there enter 60 h this should take u to pricing index
pressing "h" should step u through the setting's in the p60 program memory.
now as u are in uk,i will need to know the channel assigment's
ie for me it is quater's/loonie's/toonie's so channel 1-3 the other's are turned off
and from what i understand u want free-play,the side of your juke has a key switch,
if u have the key?,turn the switch, this should enable free-play
from there it gets a little more endepth, but i can walk u through it

Hi again Ed I have the key for the side door and cash box is the key you are talking about like a program key for a fruit machine and it was on free play before it went wrong
