C'mon, you still have the queen of England on your money and worse yet I've seen no uprising over Burger King's (a British company) plans to buy Tim Horton's.
I didn't think anything was nearer or dearer to Canadians than Tim Horton's.  Where is the outrage?!

In all seriousness, this has guilted me into trying to learn more than the first line of Canada's national anthem.

Meh, they owe their entire continued existence to us so this was the least they could do.

Thanks for all your comedians, though.

And visa versa, pbj.  Enjoy your oil, water, wood and car imports, courtesy of your #1 trade partner.

Edit: also, Tim hortons blows. Never understood the hype, but maybe because I don't live in the east or in rural Canada. But the only good thing at Tim's is the Timbits (aka donut holes to our states-side Homies).

For the record, I've watched enough sports to know the U.S. Anthem. Something about bombing right? :)

Even those are sub-par. Everything is just salty and crappy. I think timmies was good like 15 years ago and they so gradually went to hell no one noticed.
