Title: Where can I get Wayne Gretzky 3D control panel file for re-print?

Bought a cabinet in nice condition. However the cpanel has seen better days, so I thought I just get a new one. Plexi/whatever is easy, but where to get the vinyl underneath it?

All help highly appreciated :)
