Title: Soft15Khz Dongle USA vendor?

Sailorsat told me where I could buy one, but I'm in the US does anyone know a supplier on this side of the pond that carries them? Arcadeforge has a 3-4 week shipping time. I can't make my own since I have no way to program the rom.

I have one that didnt solve my issues with soft15 and Win7.....where ya at?

That would be great I was about to buy my own programmer. I'm in NC; how much do you want for it?
