Title: Vector Request - graphic attached

Hello...  I am planning on doing a "Fallout" themed cab.. not sure if anyone has played the series or not..

Can someone please vectorize the attached graphic?  I was thinking on using it for sideart.   Let me know if you need any additional information, thanks!

Do you want just the character?  Or the rocks and the background and the title also?  There are a lot of gradients in there that aren't gonna come over as well in vector format...

would be nice to have most of it if possible.. but if not.. maybe eliminate the background fisrt..

I'm not very savvy with vector graphics.. so I can't visualize the difficulty..
