Title: power went out with machine on now hyperspin is not working properly :(
Post by: equlizer on October 24, 2014, 01:05:51 am
When i boot up my arcade it skips the intro and goes right to the first wheel.  When trying to select a game the joystick is erratic and when i select a game it says "hyperspin cannot find hyperlaunch.exe"  Also my spinner is acting really weird or not working at all at times.

Outside of hyperspin the stick and buttons all work fine and i can open up just mame and play games just fine as well.  Running win7 64bit

I would just copy the original hyperspin files back over. Sounds like the crash has corrupted some of your hyperspin files.

hmmmm... well we've all been there right?  That moment when you don't think you've done that much work on it since your last backup....  I have a semi backup, which is about 3 weeks old, i've done a bit of work since then.  Including the download of about 200 video previews, the addition of at least 10 or 20 games and many other changes to the config files.  It's surprising how much you tweak these things.
