They're just regular animated GIF images.  Get a GIF animation program from http://www.download.com and go to work.

Please, for the love of God, don't answer that question.   :'(

All we need is more annoying animated avatars.  Every time I see that lost viking guy doing the pelvic thrust I want to thrust my head through my monitor.

Here's one for ya. I used to use it on an Amiga forum (It is from the Amiga version of McDonaldland).

Maybe I'll revise it and bring it out of retirement.

Hah.

I had a really great couple of jpg's of stewie from family guy but I'm having trouble making them look decent as a gif--i was just using some freeware i found on the web so maybe thats the prob.  But between selling the old cab and building the new one, I haven't devoted much time to it.
