Title: Dead horse thread - PC to Arcade monitor

I don't want to use the soft15 mod, searching on these forums it seems the other option is Ultimarc's Arcadevga card.  Before pulling the trigger on the purchase are there any other interfaces I should look at?

I use an arcade VGA and it has been very dependable for a good number of years.
