So many things first.

Howdy!

Check the wiki announcement here: http://forum.arcadecontrols.com/index.php/topic,136207.0.html (http://forum.arcadecontrols.com/index.php/topic,136207.0.html)

JAMMA is a wiring standard.  Although, after reading the internet posts that not every JAMMA cab adheres to the standard.  Which is to be expected anyhow, here is some quick reading

Check out the arcade museum to find out that your paddle mania is listed as a JAMMA cab.  It might be plug and play.   http://www.arcade-museum.com/game_detail.php?game_id=8964 (http://www.arcade-museum.com/game_detail.php?game_id=8964)
