Title: WTB: knob setting tool

Yeah, its a weird name, but that's what Romstar calls it.

Its a special tool for removing the cap on the top of those yellow rotary joysticks.

I've got a joystick with a sprung spring, and I need to remove the joystick to get to it.

Here's a pic (the part is the L-shaped part on the top left corner):

$3.00 for a spring is a little steep, but then $18.00 for shipping??? Outrageous!

Any other suggestions on somewhere to buy this spring?
