Title: Unable to contact Staff

Hi All,

I am unable to contact staff, I have tried to use the Chatroom feature but the Java certificate does not pop up... I have updated Java, allowed popups and checked security settings in chrome.... I also tried Internet Explorer too :(

Could a member of staff please PM me so I can reply with my quire.
