Sent the guy an email and they responded promptly. Response even had decent spelling and mechanics, so it might be legit. The seller is having a down-sizing sale this weekend and the cabinet used to be in the rec room at his old church. Even if it's a blown up monitor with no PCB, $20 is still a good deal just for the wheels and pedals.
Wish me luck - I'll let you folks know tomorrow.

believe me, I know! I am waiting on response to see if I can pick it up tonight. Considering it's 40 mins from my place to theirs, would suck to get there and find it gone. My wife even likes this game, so it'd be a win-win.
