Today i received the following
Ultimate i/o ipac interface
Spinner with chrome knob
Pearl u-trak trakball
20 classic rgb light up buttons
4 way magic stik
and a few other goodies.. His shipping methods will always mystify me.. its like he just has hercules throw the package across the ocean. 2 days from london to new york. I will be updating with reviews on each product, as well as progress on the control panel. Hope i did not post this in the wrong place, and general discussion like this is ok.. Now lets see how it all works :)

Right off the bat, i was very surprised by the size of the Ultimate I/O.. I guess it couldnt of been that big, but good lord is this baby small for the bang it provides.

you both said it so well!!!! i was amazed that it took 4 days from london to chicago!! and when i opened up the ipac ultimate i/o, i was expecting a board that was much bigger! this thing is super small for all that it does.

Andy's superfast. TWO DAYS from London to Phoenix, Arizona.

I have to agree. I've dealt with a lot of vendors in this hobby, and Andy is by far the best. I don't know HOW he can manage to get me packages (via DHL of all people) in 2 days from the UK, and huge, established companies with complicated shipping logistics can't manage 10 day delivery from the UK.
I think he lives inside a DHL office, or pays off employees to sneak stuff onto trucks ahead of everyone else.

On my first order of arcade parts, I ordered from Andy and from 2 vendors in the U.S. I live in Montana, and this is about the last place in the continental U.S. to get packages from just about anywhere. I got my stuff from Ultimarc in 3 days, the rest took 4-7 days to get.
I have to laugh though, my last order still arrived in time, but the box looked like a giant had crumpled it into a ball and used it to play soccer.. AND it was soaking wet. Good thing he put a lot of it in plastic bags, because otherwise it would have been waterlogged. If it hadn't gotten here so fast I would have thought that they just threw it in the ocean and let it float over here..

It's a nice perk but he has no control over transit times.

He controls how long it takes to package and get posted. Having received video cards wrapped in paper and stuffed into an oatmeal box almost two weeks after ---smurfing--- ordering, I appreciate Andy's prompt turnaround times.

Let us also not forget, if you are having a problem with any Ultimarc product, Andy is quick to respond with help and equally as quick to replace any defective item.
