Title: Xarcade dual joystick switches to default controlls after restarting computer

Please help I don't know what to do

Are you using the defaults in Mode 1 or did you load a custom layout into Mode 2, 3, or 4?

If you customized the layout, are you pressing the "Load" button twice, like it says to on the bottom of page 10 in the manual (http://www.xgaming.com/service/ServiceFiles/X-Arcade%20Manual%20USA.pdf)?

Do I have to press the button twice every time I turn on and off the computers

Read the intructions carefully tyler,you should only have to press that button when switching modes,after you have your own profile saved and loaded,it should load your settings automatically.It been a while since i messed around with my solo xarcade.but i remember never having to push the load button unless i changed profiles.

Disclaimer: Haven't used any of the X-Arcade products, I just read the manuals.

I think so, but the manual isn't well written.   :angry:

I'm on programming mode but i have to double tap the programming button every time I turn on the computer :banghead: :angry:

I'm on mode 2
