I have just gotten done making a mame cab, and all I have left to do is play games. I have read that I should get the games to resize to their native resolutions. I currently have my desktop set at 640 X 288, and games like metal slug look skinny and weird when they auto size.
I was wondering what a good mid range resolution is to set my desktop at, so that MOST games, fit properly.

I have my CGA monitor at 640x480i on the desktop. Seems to work great with little to no issues with various games sizing.
