Title: Need help something wrong is going on with monitor. lines running across screen

Chassis is Wiei-ya 429h, something needs replacing but don't see anything damaged. Thanks for any advice.

screen volts is too high
contrast is too high

Thanks for the response but that not it, I turn both the flyback knob and the one on the remote and I'm getting either dark or too bright with just a little movement. Both knobs I use to have full control where I could move them alot to change change, now just a couple clicks and they go to the extreme. I tried moving the B+ voltage a little to up and down does nothing. Letters are bleeding a little to.
