Title: Printing donkey kong bezel with cut marks?

I'd like to print out the donkey kong bezel and have the printer cut out the inner section.  I will be getting a sign writer mate to print them.  I have the vector files from the arcade library.  Is it just a matter of adding a path line around the inside area??  Or do I need to convert the rest of the file graphics somehow and then add a cut line?

is the art available somewhere with the cut lines already included?

Any help would be appreciated.

I personally use FlexiSign Pro 10, and I just highlight the path I want cut out. Then I just click the contour cut icon.
