Title: Happ Rotary Joystick removal

I want to remove the joystick from my Happ Rotary to get at the dust washer.  Do I just remove those two small allen screws in the shaft?

You only need to remove one allen screw, the top one. The top one holds the "main" shaft and the bottom one holds the shaft that goes into the rotary assembly.
