I know this was 3 years ago, and in your opinion, which two games had the best campaign?
-
MW3 had the best campaign as BF3's player one offer was just a filler as BF3 was a dominated on line game, plain and simple.
I'll have to set up a private BF3 server now as my broad band is satellite with a huge lag issues. I sure miss picking off noobs as a sniper.....

I have to say, after MW2, the whole COD experience for me went south. While I respect them as a series of games, Treyarch just didn't do it for me. As for campaigns, I believe Battlefield had the better campaign mainly because it started to bring a whole new outlook on the first person shooter and the destruction one could make thanks to the frostbite software.
Have you looked into BF4? The whole experience is fantastic! Take a bit of time to get use to the chances from BF3, but it is well worth it, a solid investment if you ask me! And the campaign is just amazing!

Black Ops was the top of the CoD series for me, with MW3 being second. But MW3 only got to that point after about 4-6 months. That game sucked for a long time. General tweaking and Infected mode really upped the fun on it. MW2 would've been up there also, but too many glitches/exploits (OMA) ruined it. After Blops 2 came out, we quit after giving it a few months. Haven't played any of them since. BF4 for us.

I find myself playing blackops 2 with my friends simply out of the zombie enjoyment..lol I play a little online multiplayer as well, but its starting to grow on me a bit! But still BF4 rules them all!

I am a huge BF fan and will always recommend it for online multilayer. The campaign was fun but im not going to lie, the COD series campaigns always gave me goose bumps and always pulled me in.

if your comsidering single player why not get skyrim so you get your moneys worth or something like that. maybe saints row 3. bf3 and mw3 are all about multiplayer. a 4 hr campaign isnt worth $60 but the 50-100 hr mp is
