Title: Samsung LCD with Jamma issue
Post by: GrandBofTarkin on July 25, 2014, 09:26:11 am
So I'm building a cabinet and using a Samsung 20" LCD 16:9 ratio (I know not the best choice but I had it so it's free) with a 60 in 1 Jamma board (don't shoot me).

My problem is that although the board outputs 4:3 no problem and my screen displays it that way I cannot get the picture to centre fully.
It's slightly high on the screen (looking vertically as expected. So of course I'm adjusting the 'horizontal' setting down to zero.

My question is how can I fix this? Is there something else I should buy maybe that can plug into the VGA port or monitor? Or will the PCB be able to change this?

Any help is greatly appreciated, thanks!

It's OK I went out and bought a Dell 4:3 and it works great. I'll sell the Samsung. Thread closed!
