What is in the high ball upgrade kits? I see one for a measly 8.95 on groovy game gear's website. I love my trackball, in fact it's about 75% of my social gaming right there!
I have an ultimarc u-trak trackball and doubt the groovy game gear package would work, but if I knew what was inside I bet I could figure it out or come up with something comparable. I would consider replacing my trackball but don't want to go through the hassle or expense of recutting the wood and brass!

Hopefully Randy T can chime in on this with a more detailed answer.
However, on my research I found that there are two different high ball kits. An older one listed for $8.95 and newer version listed at $11.95.
The older one is here: ($8.95)

According to the page: "Note: This item is not currently compatible with the latest version of the Electric ICE-T Trackball, or Groovy-TB Trackball. Please use the standard 3" Trackball Mounting kit, or traditional "flush mount" methods for these items."
The newer one is available as an add-on here: ($11.95)
