I know nothing about these boards, and was hoping you guys might be able to tell me what if anything they are worth.
I have what I assume to be a full set of Defender boards. Four boards including one large, on small and two that fall between the other two in size. I belive there are 11 Defender ROMs on one of them. All four have a small amount of damage, bent pins, and some small components broken off. Nothing that looks like it wouldn't be repairable, although I really don't know.
I also have two Cyberball 2072 boards. One large, one of the medium sized. I have the power supply for this game as well. There are a number of what appear to be Atari ROMs on one of the boards, but I don't recal how many off the top of my head.
If anyone is interested in seeing pictures of this stuff if my description isn't adequate, I'll take some tonight.
Is it worth trying to sell these, or should I just hang them on the wall?

I really don't think they're worth a whole lot... Try to find an original cabinet that's missing the guts. Then you'd be in business. :)

talk to paigeoliver--I believe he has some defender cabs, so he could evaluate their condition more accurately.

I don't have any interest in building a Defender cab, but thanks for the suggestion.
Sounds like they might be destined to become wall hangings.

I think you can sell those defender boards to someone whose looking to make a multi-williams cabinet.

What would be a fair asking price?

I'm not sure, but I might be interested in them. Let me know if you decide to sell. Defender is a game on my list of eventual "must haves", so having a boardset couldn't hurt.

Check on ebay and look at completed items for this board..

Deal is made, he is going to send them to me, I am going to check them out thoroughly, and then trade an equivalent amount of arcade controls for them. Non-working with damage they are worth a lot less than tested/working.

Well then Paige, why don't you let me know if you decide to get rid of them.

I'm just glad they're going to someone who might be able to use them, or at least parts of them. It's a bit like giving away puppies, don't want to keep them, but want them to go to a good home. ;D
