Hi,e
I'm building a cocktail cab and am on the lookout for a 19" monitor (LCD) to use with my 60-1 JAMMA card setup. My question is, what ratio will the JAMMA card use? 4:3, 16:9? is it adjustable? My initial thoughts are go for widescreen so the player will also be closer to the screen when they are playing (if you know what I mean). I was going to use my 21" but I just worked out it won't fit hehe so I'll have to downsize and buy one.
Thanks guys,
John

For a vertical 60-in-1 you want to use an inverted 4:3 display.

inverted?
anyways, if you get a widescreen the image will be stretched. Bets case would be a 17 or 19 inch 4:3 ratio monitor.

hehe, just as I was about to press "buy now" on a widescreen acer, I decided to check here for any answers.
Thanks guys. Appreciate your help

Not inverted, Rotated 90 Degrees.

LOL, yeah sorry inverted was not the right choice of words as that would put it upside down. :banghead:
Rotated or Portrait is what I should have said to be accurate, sorry.

Speaking from very recent experience do not go for widescreen. With a 60 in 1 board anyway.
I ditched mine and bought a Dell 4:3 and it worked a charm! ;)

Yeah I bought a second hand Dell 19" 4:3 ratio. I guess I'll find out soon enough. Hope it's OK.
Thanks for the info
Thanks John
