The black is the ground wire, add it to another ground connection/pin.

I didn't use the pac64, so I am not sure if there are extra ground pins in that, but in the ipac ultimate there were like 3 or 4 ground pins in the harness that weren't used, so I slid the pin into one of the open spots and it works great.
