Title: avi to mng

I have one avi file I want to convert to mng file so I can add it to advmenu for startup can I do it

Have you tried any video converter? I will check tomorrow and see if it does it, if so I have the pro version and could do it for you.

Look at ffmpeg.....it does alot of formats...

use  ffmpeg to extract the AVI to PNG files, then use Advmng to make your MNG video/file.

You can also download directly the mng crashtest collection: it's still somewhere out there (mameworld maybe?)

AppGeeker converter is my favorite video converter. http://www.appgeeker.com (http://www.appgeeker.com/)

It's convinent because of the variety of file formats and customization. You may give it a shot.
