Just looking for some advice and guidance.

I got a wg 27d9200, was told the flyback was bad. So I replaced that and did a cap kit on it. Now when I power it with/without a signal I get a blank screen. if I turn up the brightness I get a white screen.

I do not get an OSD, or even a no signal display when I do not have anything plugged in.

it could be ic201 on the neck card plus you will need to check +5v and +12v
check the video interface pcb and connections
it also possible ic101 is faulty
