Title: Aimtrak recoil question

I had originally installed the standard Aimtrak light gun modules in a pair of NAMCO GUNCON guns and now I would like to add the recoil module to them. Has anyone tried this or has everyone just gone with the replacement Aimtrak shells?

I suppose it would work, but the shell of the gun really needs to be able to fit the piece so that would be your only problem.
