I would like to know what is the updated list? Please let me know.

This is my two year ago inquiry, and I am sure since then, there are more cards:

The RADEON HD5450 seem to work, and I have found some vendors that carry this model.

People have moved on to CRT_Emudriver.  There's not much reason to stick with Soft15kHz anymore.
