Title: MS SideWinder Tutorial ** Please Help **

I've searched this board end to end, and cannot seem to find a working link to a good SideWinder hack (gameport model) tutorial.

I want to read up on it, and check out a few pics so I can follow along when working on my own. Does anyone know of such a site, or better yet, a few pics showing the progress of one being made?

I do have a few questions though ....

What exactly are barrier strips? Also, with the wires protruding from the SideWinder board, what's needed next to connect them to the Microswitches? Last, but not least ... that ONE ground wire is all I need for the entire hookup?

You can get them cheaper from other online places, but this gives you an idea of what they are and if you don't want to wait for the mail, you can get them locally at RS.
