Title: What is the name of this game?

I am trying to find a game that was around 1980 by Sega Gremlin.  It wasn't a vector game like Eliminator, but it had a character (tank or similar) that took pieces of odd shaped blocks, which you had to get at one end of the screen to another, by avoiding obstacles and enemies.

I checked on the Sega wiki and went through Mame without any success.  They were in the Sega center and the marquee was brown.  That is all I can remember.

Any clues?
