Decided that some of my parts need new homes. This being the "year of the Star Wars" or so I'm told figured I'd offload some of my goodies.
Costs listed are without shipping, so you'll have to pay shipping. On some of the wee things shipping won't be much. On some bigger more fragile things shipping will be a lot, or could be, or what have you. I really shouldn't have to say that but, well, there ya go. All prices are OBO, feel free to lowball me, I like the attention and enjoy the snark, but you're likely to walk away empty handed ;D If you're paying full price I'll put your name on it and get the PM train going, if you're putting in best offers I'll keep it open till I feel comfortable letting the item go at that price - if I do. If a full price offer comes in the first person to make said offer gets the goodies.
Everything for sale is pictured below except for the UHID so we'll start with that...
1) U-HID. It's a u-hid. Comes with the usb cable. Never been used. Almost used once. $50.
2) Buttons. They light up, they are shown. If you need them then these are the ones you need. $2ea
3) Controller. For those controller hacks. $5. Payement received
4) Leaf Switch Holders. Lemme know which kind you want, I may have a few more of the short ones - threeish I think. $1ea
5) SW CP - needs a new decal. Other than that it's dandy. I mean, this stuff is years old and needs some love so what you get is what you see. $75
6) SW Glass - a piece of tinted thick glass from a SW cab. Sure is dirty, other than that it's great. I'll clean it before I ship it. $25
7) SW Marquee - also original, not scratched on any of the parts that show. $25 Sold. - payment received. Shipped.
8 ) SW Shroud - awesome condition IMO, no fading on decals, very choice. Does need a good cleaning but really, it's sharp. $100 - Sold. - payment received. Pakcing for shipment
9) SW Yoke - in pieces. Missing one flight controller spring for up/down part of assembly. Original harness. Not cleaned up yet. Sold. - payment received.

If the yoke is complete, and you could direct me to some sort of re-assembly instructions, I'd take the $100 price option.
PM sent too.

He mentioned that it is missing one of the "up/down" springs, but you can get a replacement here (http://www.arcadefixit.com), as well as a new overlay for the cover instead of the Firefox overlay that is on there now.
The wiki has the tear-down part of a yoke rebuild here (http://newwiki.arcadecontrols.com/index.php?title=Yoke_Rebuild).
Use the same steps in reverse to re-assemble it and remember to lube the parts as directed in the owner's manual.
For the interface, I recommend using the KADESTICK (2-axis firmware version) in my sig.

EDIT: VideoGameParts.com is now ArcadeFixit.com.

Hey LeChuck,
I sent a PM right after I posted!
Been looking for one for years... :(
I can send payment right away, if you think it's fair. I was the first to respond to the post, even though the PM didn't go through for some reason.
Thanks
-
OK, looks like there's a new user named "LeChuck" as opposed to yours, "Le Chuck."
When I sent the PM it auto-filled in the wrong one, I guess. :(
I'd really appreciate the opportunity to purchase this, since I was the first to respond to the post and commit to the $100 purchase price.
Thanks for the consideration!

I'm sorry. I've already received payment from another buyer. As the yoke wasn't complete as you stipulated and i don't have the instructions I didn't mark it as sold and somebody else jumped on it. Better luck next time.
I run into yokes a few times a year it seems, I will keep you in mind and let you know the next time I run across one. Thanks
-
Rats.
Thanks for keeping me in mind for future.
Just for the record, your post did say "If a full price offer comes in the first person to make said offer gets the goodies." I believe I was clearly the first person to make a full price offer. It doesn't say first to PM or first to send payment. You could still refund your other buyer and sell to me on that basis.
But then, of course, you'd likely have an angry buyer on your hands. Either way, no hard feelings from me, though. :)

Which ever way this turns out, yokes come up for sale on KLOV (http://forums.arcade-museum.com/forumdisplay.php?f=11)'s Trading Post far more often than they do here on B/S/T.
They're usually snapped up within 2 or 3 days -- make sure you're ready to pounce when the opportunity arises.

I'm sticking with the buyer that's already made payment. I didn't see your post as an offer since it was an if/then scenario and I didn't meet the ifs. That's macht nichts to you tho I understand. It's a bad gig all the way around. I appreciate you having an understanding attitude about it tho. I hate it when stuff like this happens.

Ah, it's cool. Much more important things to get upset about in life.
Scott - thanks for the useful info.

Le Chunk, you're still a good guy. Best of luck with your coming out of the closet sale.
