FYI, Bob Roberts was unable to identify it either.

I just couldn't find any other numbers on it anywhere.

The boards are remote-mounted off the tube and metal frame, as can be seen in the above pic.

Any clue where to get a capkit?

Google returns a meager 7 results, none of which are any help.

Is this Sanwa possibly the same as some other brand?

I'm seeing references to the Nanao company, but nothing with the same layout as this.

Just send bob roberts (or anyone else)  a list of the caps you need to replace. The uf and volts are right on the side of the cap.

The chassis is in an arcade at the moment, otherwise I would just pull each one and order it.

I think they're just going to have to bite the bullet and decommission the game for a little while.
