Is the for empty kits or fully loaded kits with the hardware?

are these cabinets made out of plywood? Ive custom built some of my projects out of 3/4 plywood but man is it a lot of cutting and painting just to get to where these are as soon as you open the box! 

 your empty upright kits shipped are really priced well.

Last kit I got from them (years and years ago) was RTA fittings.
