I have a Centipede cocktail where the second player as soon as it starts player 2, it moves to the right side of screen and up (well as high as it can go). When trying to troubleshoot it 7 years ago, I put on a logic monitor (Global Specialties model LM-1) on chip L5157 and when trying player 2 the problem went away.
Any suggestions on how to fix this issue?
Here are some pictures of what I'm talking about.

I find if really odd thats its only player 2. The first thing I would try is pulling the molex on the trackball to make sure its not getting some odd signal from the optic pcb.

I will try this and report back findings. I will also try it with player 1 trackball in player 2 side.

Swapped player 1 and 2 trackballs and player 2 still slams to the right of the screen. Forgot to disconnect the molex and try it, will do that tomorrow.

removed molex connector and still had same issue. Tried player 2 then player 1 then both. Same issue is still there.
