Title: BlazBlue Continuum Shift Taito Type X2 stuck in letterbox

hi members , i can only get this to run in Letterbox even though its in full screen and not in a window.


i cant figure out how to run this as it should , below is a Youtube video proving how it should be run.


anyone know how to achieve this ?

This is a widescreen game... AFAIK it only ever displays in 16:9 and if you try to run it at a 4:3 resolution it will appear letterboxed.

The video you linked is a widescreen video which is why it fills the whole screen.

What resolution do you have it set to?

Are you using some kind of third party loader software that forces a resolution?
Try setting a different resolution there.

i just typed out a reply and ive had to retype a new one due to BadMouth's response..............


i tried in ArcadePC Loader the res 1920x1080P and boom BBCS runs perfect !


i was using the loader Taito Type X Launcher by Yiori which doesnt have a res changing function in the GUI.



problem solved guys ,  now its party time !

FWIW most TTX games have an external config file that allows you to set the resolution. This is useful if you're launching games from a front end application without a GUI launcher.
